At Silvercreek Home Care we are dedicated to providing the finest living conditions for our residents and to creating an atmosphere of care and feeling at home. Our program is designed to give attention, care, exercise and interaction to keep loved ones as active as possible.

Our home is located in a quiet San Carlos neighborhood in the La Mesa area of San Diego City. It includes a fenced back yard and a security system to control access, with a beautiful garden and flowers all year round. Our newly renovated rooms are bright, well ventilated, and sparkling clean. Each room has just been redecorated with new colors and attention to provide comfort and safety.

We care about each of our resident with a “Filipino touch” as if he or she is a family to us. We give everyday assistance needed for daily living, including bathing and laundry services. Medications are daily and carefully dispensed. Medical routines are supervised according to physician’s instructions.

What sets Silvercreek Home Care apart is our experienced and trained staff. We have two people one duty 24 hours a day, including an awake night staff. We treat each resident like a family and we provide them a lifestyle of comfort and recreational activities. Residents join our staff in the patio every week to watch BarBQing for familiar California cooking. We make birthdays into lunchtime celebrations for our residents. There are parties to bring family members together with the residents in the summer and winter annually.

WE CARE FOR OUR RESIDENTS LIKE NO OTHER, GIVING THEM THE LOVE AND COMFORT THEY NEED

Finding the right assisted living facility can be stressful.  “Don’t wait, but take the necessary steps. People need to take the plunge, but they also need to know they’re  doing the right thing.”
